day 3

the title says it all.. its day 3 at school... its killing me.. we got homework! i've just about done all that i know how to do.. tomorrow will ask the cher how to do the rest... its been a fun 3 days but somewhat different from my first 3 days at acs int. the school is so huge now.. its like 400 people!?!?! gigantic sia... to think jus 2 months ago we only had around 200 people... i can now kiss goodbye to playing badminton in the mornings before school as with so many people, more chairs were needed and so chairs were placed on the last remaining court. However, before break, these irritating chairs are removed and the courts are free to allow us to play on them.

i've got new teachers for chinese, math, english, biology and physics. I'm relieved that Mr Chen is still teaching me add math as hes a good teacher. in a way i am relieved Mrs Mok is teaching me english as she has a good reputation and is the head of department of english. The math teacher Mrs Lee owes me a coffee from starbucks as i brought graph paper when no one else in class did... this was all in the first lesson which made it very memorable...

I think back on the holidays sometimes and i miss work- A WHOLE LOT! i loved my time working with the animals and handling them. i learnt an immense amount in the span of just a 2 months! its been fantastic... even though some days i had to wake up freaking early. I have yet to finish my essay about time i had at work. haha.

when i look at the photos i took, it brings back so many fond memories. it makes me miss the wonderful bunch of people i used to see at work everyday when i turned up. i'm glad that Winnie who is one of my ex collegues, and i are in contact and chatting whenever we can... hope that we'll meet up for coffee sometime... haha...

now that i'm on the subject of friends and work and stuff, i'm kinda kicking myself for not bringing friends to work... friends being people like Ernest, Ming Rong, Kathi, Charmaine, Jasmine and last but not least, Nick. aww well.. whats done is done.. so i'll just wait for the next opportunity... i miss wearing that staff shirt. its something i wore with pride and was always happy to put it on. well.. God willing, i'll be back at work again! haha..
